Hi, and welcome to Aveltee. Golf was part of my life long before this store was. I have always enjoyed the rhythm of the game—the early tee times, the long walks between shots, the good rounds and bad ones, and especially the conversations that happen along the way. The idea for Aveltee did not begin with a business plan. It began gradually, through playing with friends and listening to the things they talked about before, during, and after a round. One subject came up more often than I expected: women's golf clothing.
At first, these were just ordinary conversations between golfers. A friend would mention that a top looked good but felt restrictive through a full swing. Someone else liked a skirt but wished the pockets were more practical. There were comments about waistbands after several hours on the course, fabrics that felt too heavy in warm weather, and pieces that worked for eighteen holes but felt too technical once everyone headed to the clubhouse or somewhere else afterward. None of these things sounded dramatic on their own, but I kept hearing versions of the same frustrations.
That made me start paying closer attention. I noticed how often my friends had to choose between clothing that performed well and clothing they actually liked wearing. I watched how small details—fit through the shoulders, freedom around the waist, usable pockets, breathable fabric, and an overall look that still felt natural away from the course—could change how comfortable someone felt through an entire day of golf. The more we talked about it, the more I realized this was not one person's shopping problem. There was a real need for women's golf apparel that understood both the game and the life around it.
Aveltee grew out of those rounds, those conversations, and the questions they kept raising.
When I began building Aveltee, I approached the collection first as a golfer and as someone who had spent a lot of time listening to other golfers. I started looking at clothing through the situations that had come up again and again in those conversations: Can someone swing freely in it? Does it stay comfortable after several hours outdoors? Are the pockets actually useful? Does the fit feel considered rather than awkward? And when the round is over, does it still feel like something a person would naturally want to keep wearing? I was not interested in filling a store with as many styles as possible. I wanted the collection to make sense for real days spent around golf.
That is still the point of view behind what we offer today. We focus on women's golf apparel that brings together movement, comfort, and a clean, modern look. Some rounds are competitive. Some are nine holes with friends. Some days are a short practice session followed by lunch, errands, or the rest of ordinary life. From the conversations that first drew me into this category, one idea has stayed consistent: good golfwear should work with the full day, not only the hours between the first tee and the final putt.
The more time I spent around the game, the more I came to appreciate the balance that makes golf special. There is tradition, etiquette, and a real sense of respect for the course, but there is also friendship, personality, humor, and the way every golfer develops their own routines and preferences. Loving the traditions of golf does not mean the clothes have to feel dated. My goal with Aveltee is not to reinvent the game. It is to make it easier for women who enjoy golf to find clothing that feels current, practical, and natural to wear both on and around the course.
“From the course to the 19th hole” is the simplest way I know to describe the idea behind Aveltee. A round is never only the swing itself. It is getting ready in the morning, warming up, walking or riding eighteen holes, talking with the people beside you, and often staying a little longer after the scorecard is finished. Many of the conversations that eventually led to this store happened in exactly those moments. I want the clothing we offer to feel right through that whole rhythm—not like a costume for golf, but like part of the life that comes with enjoying the game.
Today, Aveltee is a U.S.-based online retailer focused on women's golf apparel. Our orders are fulfilled from the United States through a combination of our own shipping operation and a U.S.-based third-party fulfillment warehouse, with DHL and FedEx as our carriers. That part of the business is less visible than the clothing, but it matters to me because the experience after checkout should feel as considered as the experience of choosing what to wear. My hope for Aveltee is straightforward: to keep building a store from a golfer's point of view and to keep listening to the people who actually spend time on the course. As we grow, I want the collection to stay grounded in the same practical questions that started all of this—Does this work for a real round? Will it still feel comfortable several hours later? Does it fit naturally into the rest of the day? Those are the questions I want Aveltee to keep asking as the store grows.
