About These Promotional Terms

These Promotional Terms explain the current promotional benefits available through Aveltee, including our newsletter subscription discount and Free Standard Shipping.

Our current promotional benefits are:

• 10% off the next eligible order after subscribing to our newsletter.
• Free Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of USD $160 or more.
• Free Standard Shipping on eligible European orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of USD $240 or more.

Free Standard Shipping applies only to standard delivery.

Expedited Shipping is a separate shipping option and costs USD $7.99 per order for eligible destinations. The expedited shipping charge still applies when an order qualifies for Free Standard Shipping.

These Promotional Terms apply to purchases made directly through Aveltee.com.

1. Newsletter Subscription — 10% Off

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you can enjoy 10% off your next eligible order placed after subscribing.

The discount applies once to the first qualifying order associated with the eligible subscription after you subscribe.

You do not need to be a first-time customer to receive the offer.

Orders completed before the newsletter subscription is successfully submitted do not qualify for the discount.

The 10% discount applies to eligible merchandise only.

It does not apply to:

• Standard Shipping charges.
• Expedited Shipping charges.
• Sales tax.
• VAT.
• Import duties.
• Customs clearance charges.
• Carrier import-handling or brokerage charges.
• Other non-merchandise charges.

The discount has no separate cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Eligible Merchandise

Unless an offer presented with the subscription discount expressly states otherwise, eligible women’s golf apparel available through Aveltee.com can qualify for the newsletter discount.

Eligibility is determined when the order is placed.

Products that are unavailable, removed from sale, or otherwise unavailable for purchase cannot be reserved solely because a customer previously subscribed to the newsletter.

Adding merchandise to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

The product availability and price confirmed when an eligible order is successfully completed apply to that order, subject to the pricing and technical error provisions in these terms.

3. How the 10% Discount Is Applied

The newsletter discount reduces the price of qualifying merchandise by 10%.

For example:

If eligible merchandise has a subtotal of USD $200, the 10% newsletter discount reduces the merchandise subtotal by USD $20, resulting in a discounted merchandise subtotal of USD $180.

Shipping eligibility is determined using the merchandise subtotal after the 10% discount has been applied.

Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the Free Standard Shipping threshold.

4. Free Standard Shipping

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping when the qualifying merchandise subtotal after merchandise discounts reaches the applicable threshold.

United States

Eligible orders delivered within our supported U.S. shipping area qualify for Free Standard Shipping when the qualifying merchandise subtotal is:

USD $160 or more

Supported European Destinations

Eligible orders delivered to a supported European destination qualify for Free Standard Shipping when the qualifying merchandise subtotal is:

USD $240 or more

The qualifying subtotal is calculated after the newsletter discount or another eligible merchandise discount has been applied.

The following do not count toward the Free Standard Shipping threshold:

• Sales tax.
• VAT.
• Standard Shipping charges.
• Expedited Shipping charges.
• Import duties.
• Customs charges.
• Carrier import-handling charges.
• Other non-merchandise charges.

Where a displayed product price includes a tax component, that tax component does not count toward the Free Standard Shipping threshold.

Separate orders cannot be combined to reach a Free Standard Shipping threshold.

5. Newsletter Discount and Free Standard Shipping

The newsletter 10% discount and Free Standard Shipping are separate benefits.

They can apply to the same order when the merchandise subtotal after the 10% discount still reaches the applicable Free Standard Shipping threshold.

U.S. Example

If an eligible U.S. order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $180, applying the 10% newsletter discount reduces the qualifying merchandise subtotal to:

USD $162

Because USD $162 remains above the U.S. Free Standard Shipping threshold of USD $160, the order qualifies for:

• The 10% newsletter discount; and
• Free Standard Shipping.

If an eligible U.S. order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $170, applying the 10% newsletter discount reduces the qualifying merchandise subtotal to:

USD $153

Because USD $153 is below the USD $160 threshold, the order receives the 10% merchandise discount but does not qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

European Example

If an eligible European order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $270, applying the 10% newsletter discount reduces the qualifying merchandise subtotal to:

USD $243

Because USD $243 remains above the European Free Standard Shipping threshold of USD $240, the order qualifies for both the newsletter discount and Free Standard Shipping.

6. Expedited Shipping

Free Standard Shipping applies only to eligible Standard Shipping.

Expedited Shipping costs:

USD $7.99 per order

for eligible destinations.

If your order qualifies for Free Standard Shipping and you choose Expedited Shipping, the USD $7.99 Expedited Shipping charge still applies.

Free Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping are alternative shipping options.

Our normal Standard Shipping charge is USD $3.00 per order.

When Expedited Shipping is selected, the USD $7.99 Expedited Shipping charge replaces the normal USD $3.00 Standard Shipping charge.

For example:

If your U.S. order qualifies for Free Standard Shipping because its qualifying merchandise subtotal is at least USD $160, you can select:

• Free Standard Shipping; or
• Expedited Shipping for USD $7.99.

Selecting Expedited Shipping does not preserve the Free Standard Shipping rate while also adding expedited service.

The available expedited service and estimated delivery timeframe are displayed during checkout before payment.

7. Use of the Newsletter Discount

The newsletter 10% discount is intended as a one-time benefit associated with an eligible subscription.

Once the discount has been successfully used on the first qualifying post-subscription order, the same subscription does not generate another 10% newsletter discount.

A later:

• Return.
• Exchange.
• Partial refund.
• Full refund.
• Cancellation.

does not automatically restore or create another newsletter 10% discount.

If an order is canceled because we are unable to fulfill it before dispatch, please contact us if you have questions about the promotional benefit associated with that order.

We will review the order and applicable promotion records and explain the available resolution.

8. Promotional Orders, Returns, and Refunds

Merchandise purchased using the newsletter discount follows the same return eligibility rules as other qualifying merchandise.

Using the 10% discount does not, by itself, make an item non-returnable.

Eligible voluntary returns can be requested within the 30-calendar-day return period described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise after the promotional discount.

For example:

If an eligible product was priced at USD $100 and the newsletter discount reduced the amount paid for that product to USD $90, an eligible merchandise refund is based on the USD $90 actually paid.

The USD $10 promotional saving does not have a separate refundable cash value.

9. Partial Returns

If only part of an order purchased with the newsletter discount is returned, the refund is calculated using the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise after allocation of the applicable discount.

The merchandise you keep remains part of the completed transaction.

If the original order qualified for Free Standard Shipping but a later partial return reduces the value of the merchandise you keep below:

• USD $160 for an eligible U.S. order; or
• USD $240 for an eligible European order,

we do not retroactively charge the original Standard Shipping fee for that shipment.

Return shipping responsibility is determined according to the reason for the return and our Return & Exchange Policy.

10. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders using a promotional benefit follow our normal Cancellation Policy.

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us at info@Aveltee.com as soon as possible.

Contacting us within 12 hours after placing the order improves the opportunity to stop processing, but the 12-hour period is not a guaranteed cancellation window.

If an eligible order is successfully canceled before dispatch, the refund is based on the amount actually paid.

For a fully canceled order before dispatch, the applicable delivery charge paid for that order is also refunded.

Cancellation or modification of an order does not automatically create another newsletter discount after the one-time benefit has already been used.

A replacement or newly placed order uses the:

• Prices.
• Inventory availability.
• Shipping options.
• Free Shipping thresholds.
• Promotional benefits.

available and applicable when that new order is placed.

If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will not substitute another product without your agreement.

If you choose cancellation or no agreed alternative is available, the refund is handled according to our Refund Policy.

11. Taxes, VAT, Duties, and Import Charges

The newsletter merchandise discount reduces the applicable merchandise price.

It does not independently remove taxes, import duties, customs charges, or other government or carrier charges associated with an order.

United States

Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated according to the delivery address and included in the checkout total.

The tax amount is shown in the order details.

European Destinations

All European orders are shipped from the United States.

Taxes collected by us are included in the checkout total and shown in the order details.

Import duties, customs clearance charges, carrier import-handling fees, and import VAT that has not already been collected at checkout are not included in our shipping charges or checkout total.

These amounts are paid by the recipient directly to the relevant authority or carrier.

A merchandise discount does not independently reduce a customs, import, clearance, or carrier charge assessed separately by an authority or carrier.

12. Currency

Promotional thresholds, shipping charges, and examples in these terms are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).

The current Free Standard Shipping thresholds are:

United States: USD $160Supported European Destinations: USD $240

Standard Shipping: USD $3.00 per order

Expedited Shipping: USD $7.99 per order

Where Aveltee.com allows prices to be displayed in another supported currency, converted amounts can differ because of exchange rates and rounding.

The final price and currency shown and confirmed during checkout are the transaction values for the order.

Displaying an amount in another currency does not change the underlying eligibility requirements for a promotional benefit.

13. Fair Use of the Newsletter Offer

The newsletter 10% discount is intended for genuine customer subscriptions and purchases.

Please do not deliberately create multiple:

• Email addresses.
• Subscriptions.
• Accounts.
• Identities.
• Transactions.

solely to repeatedly obtain a promotional benefit intended for one-time use.

Promotional misuse includes deliberate actions such as:

• Creating multiple email addresses solely to repeatedly obtain the newsletter 10% discount.
• Repeatedly subscribing for the purpose of obtaining the same one-time benefit.
• Using another person’s information solely to obtain an additional promotional benefit.
• Artificially restructuring transactions to bypass a clearly stated promotional limit.
• Manipulating checkout information to obtain an unintended discount.
• Knowingly exploiting an obvious promotional or pricing system error.
• Using fraudulent customer or payment information to obtain a promotional benefit.

When clear promotional misuse or fraud is identified before fulfillment, we can remove the invalid promotional benefit or cancel the affected transaction.

If payment has already been collected for an order that is subsequently canceled, the applicable refund is handled according to our Refund Policy.

Normal shopping behavior, legitimate household purchases, ordinary returns, and use of the promotion according to these terms are not treated as promotional misuse.

14. Pricing and Technical Errors

We work to keep promotional discounts, Free Standard Shipping thresholds, and checkout calculations accurate.

An obvious pricing or technical error includes situations such as:

• A misplaced decimal point.
• A duplicated 10% discount.
• An incorrect promotional configuration.
• A checkout calculation malfunction.
• An incorrect Free Standard Shipping threshold.
• A discount being applied more than once because of a technical error.

If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, we will review the transaction and contact you before fulfillment.

We will explain the correct price or promotional condition and give you the choice to:

• Continue with the corrected order; or
• Cancel the affected item or order.

If an order is canceled, the applicable amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

15. Promotion Availability and Changes

The newsletter subscription discount remains subject to the eligibility conditions described in these Promotional Terms.

If we change or end a promotional offer, that change does not retroactively alter a valid promotional benefit already confirmed on a successfully completed eligible order.

Any promotional condition displayed directly with the newsletter subscription form, promotional message, or checkout forms part of that offer.

Where a specific promotional condition provides more detail than these general Promotional Terms, that specific condition applies to that offer as long as it does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

The promotional wording currently associated with our newsletter offer is:

“Enjoy 10% off your next eligible order.”

16. Consumer Rights

Promotional benefits do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Women’s golf apparel purchased using the newsletter discount remains subject to the same rights concerning:

• Defective goods.
• Incorrect goods.
• Damaged goods.
• Goods that do not conform to their description.

as merchandise purchased without a promotional discount.

Eligible European Union consumers also retain applicable statutory withdrawal and consumer-protection rights.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy remains available to qualifying promotional purchases under the same eligibility rules as other purchases.

A promotional discount does not, by itself, remove an otherwise applicable statutory consumer right.
